Services for research managers

Performance-based hiring

Tomer has established two research groups from scratch and implemented a tight process for hiring researchers effectively with predictable results. Tomer will introduce you to performance-based hiring, an end-to-end process for hiring top talent, developed by Lou Adler and adapted to researchers and designers by Jared Spool. It is the only validated methodology that integrates sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting into a seamless approach based on how top people look for, compare, and accept one position over another.

Tomer has successfully used this process and fine-tuned it throughout the years. He will work with you and your team on implementing it based on your needs to hire researchers and other related roles.

Estimated duration: 10 hours

Repository practices

As one of the thought-leaders who developed the ideas of research repositories, atomic research, and continuous research, Tomer can provide extremely beneficial insights and advice on establishing and maintaining a research repository in your organization. This service is tailored to you and your needs. Tomer will first get to know your unique situation and then provide either answers to your questions or feedback on your current practice.
